Windows 11 Laptop takes a long time to turn on, sometimes shows error during update, and doesn't shut down properly

I’m having an issue with my laptop, which usually takes a long time to turn on (around 2+ hours). Sometimes, when I turn it on using the physical button, it turns on immediately, but this only happens if it has been off for a long time, or it can happen randomly. Most of the time, when I turn it on, the light next to the physical button will turn on, but nothing else will happen.
