Yesterday my laptop's(fell Inspiron 15 3000) screen stopped working, however I solved this issue by connecting it to an external monitor and used a separate keyboard and mouse (the mouse is wireless but the keyboard is wired) and it worked fine when I was done I moved the laptop and disconnected everything, but when I went to use it with the same setup today the laptop wouldn't connect to any of the external device's used yesterday, the light next to the charger port and the caps lock light (which lights up while the laptop is booting up) are both on and I can hear the fan working but as far a
