Windows 7 laptop upgraded to Windows 10, and can no longer play dvds, purchased DVD media player...

Windows 7 upgraded to Windows 10 and can no longer play DVDs on laptop. Bought DVD Media Player from Microsoft and still can not play DVD, can you help me?
