Windows 11 Laptop with Windows 11 freezes during video call on WhatsApp when JBL Live 2 Pro TWS earphones connected

Hi,I experienced a problem 3 times in a row during the video calls via WhatsApp on Windows 11 system while using JBL Live 2 Pro TWS earphones. In the middle of conversation the screen turned black (camera light was green at the same time so it didn't turned off?) and I couldn't do anything. Hard reset by pressing turn off button hasn't worked for some time (I had to leave the laptop in this state for couple of minutes to try again so it could work). I don't experience this problem when I'm using Marshall headphones connected by cable. I reinstalled the app and I used "repair" option in apps' s
