Windows 11 Laptop won’t connect to WiFi, only Ethernet?

Hi,My laptop (running Windows 11) is no longer allowing me to connect to the WiFi. Whenever I search for ‘WiFi’ in the search bar, it comes up with ‘Turn wireless devices on or off’. On ‘Network and internet’ in settings there is no option for WiFi, only Ethernet connections, and when I press ‘get help’ it again only comes up with Ethernet.For the record, airplane mode is off.I have tried restarting my laptop and carrying out a network reset, but the problem remains. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
