Windows 10 Laptop won't go past start up repair

I have a lenovo ideapad 310,it used to work normal until an update back in 2019 decided to not install properly and basically ruined the booting of the device.i could get around it not updating or shutting down properly by putting it to sleep and not shutting down,i tried to delete the update files from system repair and from within the system files back when it used to boot.if it closed i would just attempt to use a recovery point and pray for the best,if that failed then before i get to log in i would get a preparing windows message that switches to restarting and that woulf be a loop.Now it
