Windows 10 Laptop's Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery shows as disconnected (error 45) in device manager.

Hello, I have an Aspire 5750 laptop that originally ran Windows 7. I replaced the HDD with an SSD & installed Windows 10 on it. I now have the issue where the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery device shows as: Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45) upon startup.To temporarily fix this problem, I do "Scan for System Changes", the device is connected again. This is an issue for every reboot, so because of the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery device not being connected/enabled upon startup, so I have no battery icon unless I go
