Windows 11 Large “virus Alert Microsoft Windows infected with Trojan-type spyware”

Virus alert is covering my screen. It says “virus alert Microsoft Windows infected with Trojan-type spyware.” It includes a number to call which I didn’t. I can’t get it off my screen. Tried turning off for a while but still there. Help!
