Windows 7 Lately I'm getting the yellow triangle with exclamation point in the network access box then it goes offline.

Only on Facebook my LAN connection often gets thrown offline. A yellow triangle with an exclamation point appears in my network access icon and then I have to go to my network troubleshooter, click network adapters and in 15 seconds I'm back online.

The troubleshooter says:

Local area network adapter was off line and the default gateway is not available.

I have 100mbps Fios and I'm using Windows 7 on a 6 year old Dell Inspiron laptop. Never had this problem before. Thanks...
