Windows 10 Latest WIN10 forced update failed. How do I fix the issues?

The latest WIN10 forced update has disconnected most of my access to critical OS functions and links. Many WIN10 items are not accessible and will not open. I have performed multiple attempts at repairing and have discovered I have been assigned a special profile. Left click on Windows key does nothing now. Right click opens the menu but many functions are inoperable and do not open. The search bar is inactive, notifications cannot be viewed, calendar doesn't open etc etc Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you
