Windows 10 Left Alt and Windows keys are swapped on my laptop

So the title is basically my problem. The left alt key and the windows key are swapped. I have no idea how this came to be and I really do not know how to fix this. Any help would be great.Edit: I tried using the on-screen keyboard and the functions are still the same. They haven't been changed
