Windows 10 Left and right speakers appear to both come out of one speaker.

Good Morning Microsoft Team,I've recently received a new set of speakers/subwoofer combo but upon running the test function inside control panel -> sounds ->playback -> speakers, both tones(for left and right) come out of one side with the second being much quieter. It appears to come out of the left side only and I can switch the speakers themselves and both appear to work.The speakers are GoGroove Bass Pulse speakers that have one audio in coming from my audio out to the sub itself and then a left and right out from the sub to an additional two speakers.The sub itself also appears t
