Windows 8 left click on my mouse causes on deleting of shortcuts, texts, files, apps ect Windows 8

when i click left click on my mouse to a shortcut, it automatically deletes and a popup says that its an interaction, ive tried fixing this but it wont go, i tried resetting it— updating the driver but it wont show, please help me.
