Windows 11 Lenovo IdeaPad 3 running Windows 11 latest build - Backspace, Enter and Spacebard not working

Recently my space bar started double spacing and now Backspace and Main Enter key only working intermittently also. All other keys appear to be working normally! All fixes found on Google (turn Off sticky keys, update drivers, uninstall drivers and reinstall etc) haven't resolved the issue. Did a clean install of Windows 11 in the end and the problem resolved itself....for a few days and is now back! Any ideas...I'm slowly losing my mind over this one!
