Purchased this IdeaPad on 12/26/19 from the Microsoft Store, which is now closed. I noticed late last year that my battery would go from 100% to 10% in less than an hour (it was lasting 4 to 6 hours). I also noticed that I had a Windows 10 update on 11/23, which is about the time this issue started happening. So I think the update is the culprit, but not 100% sure. Before I pay to send it in for support, wanted to see if you had any tips to try out. Thank you!
