Hi. I have been using Lenovo LOQ 15 for about 4 months now, and experienced this issue for the first time recently. The laptop updated and shortly after the screen went black. The keyboard was working its lights were on and responded to the colour change by space bar. The logo would also appear upon restart. However, the screen would remain black afterwards. I restarted the system several times but it did not help, the window for "Recovery" would show and advanced options would appear, which required mobile verification which did not work.
