Windows 10 "Let's finish setting up your device screen" on the boot : I no longer want to see this annoying screen , is there a way to get rid of it ?

The trainees in the company were feeling so bored then came up with a new silly idea that retards the boot and make people angry. As I saw that blue thing come up I thought it was the BSOD.But the question is : have they provided any means to get it rid of such annoying thing ?
