Windows 11 Link from newsletter opens a blank page in all browsers

Hello experts! I always get a blank page when clicking on links in some certain newsletters. This happens in MS Edge, Chrome and Firefox. The sender says, nobody else has such issue. I stopped antivirus tool but it didn't help. Any idea how to resolve this?
