Windows 11 link to windows does not have phone screen option despite supported device.

hi everyone. i used to use link to windows app a lot esp on windows 10 with no problem but now i have a big problem.my devices are surface book 2 13 inch model with windows 11 pro 22h2 and my phone is Samsung Galaxy s10e (SM-G970F) android version 12 one ui 4.1.the problem is i used to have the link to windows app installed and integrated with my phone but after a while it suddenly disappeared and i had to install it from google play store. but after that it doesn't have all the features it used to, for example it used to have the Phone screen option, or cross device copy/paste but now i only
