Windows 11 list folder and subfolders within a directory in windows 11 (ex. D:\Music\GSB Music\10,000 Maniacs\Blind Man's Zoo\)

I am trying to export a music CD list from my Music Directory. I was able to do this in the past using the following cmd: "dir /A /B /S >Folderlist.txt," but it does not work in Windows 11, or I am doing something wrong. This is what I want "D:\Music\GSB Music\10,000 Maniacs\Blind Man's Zoo\)"
