Windows 11 LIVE CAPTIONS CANNOT BE ACTIVATED

Hello, please I have been having an issue with my live captions ever since I upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. Live captions is not working, rather it can't even be activated. Please I await a fix concerning this, below is a picture of the situation.
