Windows 11 Live captions not working in Windows 11 Canary Version

Hello, I have Windows 11 Canary version installed on my pc. After updating, the live captions feature has stopped working. It is not working at all. I cannot even use diagnostics tool as microsoft blocks it. Can anyone help?
