I've been getting errors either 141 or 142 once every day. It's either when I'm playing a video game or working on an application.

I've done almost most things recommended, such as clean DDU installations, sfc scans, memtest86, GPU benchmark tests and I've been unable to identify the problem. Is there any way to see if this cause is related to my PSU?

PC Specs: Default settings. Never been overclocked.

AMD Ryzen 5 2600

Corsair 2 x 8GB 3000mHz RAM

EVGA GTX 1070 Ti FTW GPU

EVGA 750 GQ PSU

AORUS X470 Gaming 7 Motherboard.

I would really appreciate if someone could try and help me navigate the fault here.
