I have had a problem with my Windows 10 Pro desktop for the past two weeks. During the Labor Day weekend, in the evening, power went out in my entire neighborhood, and after a minute or so, it came back on and off about three times within a minute, then went off again for hours. I switched off all surge protectors after that flickering of power. However, as the power got restored and I started using my PC the next day, I have had repetitive problems with my display freezing and then monitor going black momentarily, sometimes several times in a row.
