Hi, a week or so ago, while I was playing a game, my screen turned black and the sound got stuck or something like that (I dont know how to describe it). It stayed like that for a few seconds and then my laptop rebooted.

When I checked the Reliability Monitor I found the LiveKernelEvent Code:141 error. I installed my windows updates and then I noticed that my BIOS was also out of date so I made sure to update it too.

Everything ran fine with no more errors in my Reliability Monitor until a few minutes ago when again, while I was playing a game, the same thing happened. I'm pretty scared since it says it's a hardware error and this laptop is new and wasn't cheap at all.

I did a stress test with my graphics card and everything was fine, no artifacts, no crashes, nothing. My GPU drivers are up to date and the same goes for the windows.

This is the complete error description:

Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent
Code: 141
Parameter 1: ffffcc0c2bfa1010
Parameter 2: fffff80175462100
Parameter 3: 0
Parameter 4: 0
OS version: 10_0_19042
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1
OS Version: 10.0.19042.2.0.0.256.48

Locale ID: 1033

This happened at 11:12 AM but as I am writing this I noticed that there is another Hardware Error that happened at 7:76 AM (this one is called LiveKernelEvent Code: ab) and another one at 10:39 AM (this one is again LiveKernelEvent Code: 141 but has different parameters). I should note that I didnt even know these errors took place since I didn't have any problems using my laptop while they occured.

Also, now that I'm looking back when my screen turned black a week or so ago, I noticed that a few hours before it happened I again had that LiveKernelEvent Code: ab error but with different parameters

Please, any help would be much appreciated, it was really hard for me to buy this laptop and I need to find out whats the cause of all of this is and how I can fix it.

If there is any more info I can provide let me know.
