Windows 10 Loading script "C:\Windows\System32\StartupCheck.vbs". failed (Access is denied.). Whenever I turn on my computer this msg pop ups. Help plss!

Error message-Windows Script Host Loading script "C:\WINDOWS\system32\Maintenance.vbs failed (Access is denied.).I already scanned my whole computer no threats where found.Pls help me to resolve my problem
