Windows 11 Location of library folders

I've just installed Win11 on a new computer. As expected the library folders were created on the boot drive. I want to move these folders to a larger disk I have installed. In previous version of windows, there was an option to set the location of libraries. This now only seems to exist for the Desktop.I suspect this has something to do with One Drive (which I have no interest in using) as the library folders were created in a One Drive directory. I have unlinked the computer from OD, and even un-installed it. Whatever I do, The folder links remain stubbornly inaccessible as libraries unless t
