Windows 10 Locked out of Child Account after removing from Family Group

I'm trying to transfer my child's MS Account from one Family Group to another. I removed it from mine, but I can no longer sign into it. I keep getting an error "Give us a little while to fix this, something's wrong on our side."There appears to be a problem with the consent management on the child's account.
