Windows 10 Locked out of laptop, PIN sign in method is both required to log in and disabled due to repeated BSOD shutdowns

My PIN got locked earlier due to a bunch of BSOD shutdowns (which I think I may have fixed the source of), but now my laptop is saying that the PIN is required for me to log-in, even while it is completely locked from being used, preventing me from accessing my laptop entirely. It says the PIN will be unlocked after the device is powered for at least 2 hours, but I had been using it for quite a few hours after the PIN option was locked before I got locked out and the PIN is still locked. Is there any way to force unlock the PIN because it seems like otherwise I am completely locked out of my l
