Windows 11 Locked out of Microsoft account and Windows 11 PIN is not available

This one is tricky, but bear with me.On the 3rd of November, I installed a fresh new Windows 11 on my PC. When I was asked for a Microsoft account I wanted to log in but I forgot the password for it since it is not my primary email and had one too many attempts. I was locked out from my account. Then I remembered I was logged in on my laptop and I went there, changed the recovery option from the old (not used anymore) mobile phone number to a new email address and it said I needed to wait 30 days for the change to take effect.
