So my computer just turned off by itself and when I turned it back on it said "interactive sign-in process initialization has failed" and I couldn't do anything. I wanted to do the "startup repair" so I turned my computer on and off until the blue screen came up. Then I pressed troubleshoot and then startup repair and it asked me to select an account so I did and then it asked me to put in my password but I didn't know which password it was talking about. I put my PIN and my Microsoft password but I couldn't log in.I would really appreciate it if someone could help.
