It started like Windows 11 crashing with no reason while watching movie. It does not drop a blue screen, but becomes unresponsive, or veeeeeery laggy. (Usually even Alt-Ctrl-Del does not work) Task manager does no show high processor or memory usage. In one of the crash reports the g502 mouse was mentioned, so I replaced it with an other brand's mouse. Windows stopped crashing, so it's something about the g502. Then I switched to an other g502, and Windows is crashing again. So most probably it is not a hardware issue. It never happens while I use the mouse (game, work), but always in an idl
