Windows 10 Lost ability to format &/or burn DVD RW Disk

Wrote about this a few weeks ago but evidently posted question to wrong place, My problem is (once again) I am unbable to format & or burn DVD RW disk. While right clicking DVD it no longer show "format" or "burn" it was working OK around 1st week of February but went to use it last week & found ability disappeared. Last time this happened it was due to an update. Checked update history & tried to uninstall the one closest to when issue started but it won't let me uninstall it. I have Windows 10 Pro, latest version 21H2. HELP!
