Hi, I am looking for help with one of my email IDs.
I use Windows 7 Professional Desktop 64 bit with Microsoft WORD/2007 Email . Sometime last year, I happened upon a M/S article on the internet which advised M/S email users should do to ensure smooth usage until 2020 when support of Windows 7 ends. I went to my main ID and followed their directions. Everything is in good working order to this day. However, it never occurred to me that I should follow these same steps with my 2nd ID! Everything was fine for a couple of months until one day I noticed my 'Sent' messages folder was completely empty and has remained empty to this day. I can't remember the site I was on when I read M/S's instructions.
Can anyone give me instructions as what I should do next? Hopefully, some of you might know of the site I am writing about. If not, maybe guide me as to how I can once again see the messages I send in my 'Sent' folder. I have come to terms with the fact that more than likely I won't be able to retrieve all my old sent messages but hopefully, I will be able to read what messages I send from this point on. I run a very busy computer and miss this folder in a very big way!
