Hi,
I just got a new Asus Zenbook laptop. It comes with BT 5.0 and I hoped to be able to use my Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus wireless earbuds with it. However, the sound quality is way worse than when playing from my phone. I disabled the headset mode as recommended in most forums, but the sound is still bad. It sounds "crunchy" when the song gets more complicated with a lot of sounds. Again, the sound profile is set to headphones, not headset. I play the same youtube videos from my Pixel 3 smartphone and my laptop, the laptop sounds way worse. Is there anything I can do to increase the bitrate? My phone doesn't use any special codec, just SBC. I didn't find any control panel to change any of this Bluetooth stuff. I have the latest drivers from Intel's website (AX200).
Thanks for any help
