Hi, for about a week after updating my Windows, I have noticed a huge problem while gaming. My GPU is only getting 2 to 3% utilization while gaming, down from 98%. The best example I have is when playing CS: GO, before the update I had 370+FPS, now I have about 30... It's not only one game that does this, anything that uses the GPU does this, anything. Even Windows is sometimes laggy.
Things I have tried:
-Reinstalling GPU drivers
-Uninstalling and then reinstalling Windows Updates
-Putting the GPU in the other 2 slots of my motherboard
-Checking the cables on the GPU
Specs:
OS: Windows 10 PRO 1903. 18362.418
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: ASUS Strix II OC Edition GTX 970
RAM: 16x2 3000mhz cl16 vengeance lpx 32gb ram kit
Mobo: Msi B450 Gaming Plus ATX
SSD: Adata SX8200 Pro 256GB m.2 x4
HDD: WD Blue 2014 1TB HDD
Seagate Barracuda 2016 2TB HDD
Updates: All normal updates until the 14th of October.
