Windows 11 Made a new Alias primary and now Windows is making me get Windows 11 again

Hello I've recently just gone and created an alias from my microsoft account after years ofattempts of logining into my account by others using a new email as the primary. This seems to have created a now issue however my Windows 11 is now saying i need to activate it again and by a new Windows 11 produact key. I can't seem to find anyone suffering the same issue, help would be greatly appractated thank you.
