Hello, I’ve already spoken with a microsoft agent about the malware issue on my PC. I was informed to re-install a fresh version of windows using a Usb. However, the hacker that had gained access to my pc has the serial numbers of my pc’s hardware. I’ve already reset the PC twice and disconnected it from WiFi. How should I proceed?
