Hello!I've been dealing with unauthorized use my my pc via the network. It's a hacker issue. Starlink and T Mobile have told me to report the issue to authorities but I need to have specific evidence to do that and I'm not a PC expert. I think the hacker is windows certified at a high level.I've rebuilt my pc several times.
