Windows 10 Managing the list of apps on multiple videocards

I have a PC with RTX3060tI and iGPU AMD Vega 7. I set my BIOS to work through Vega 7, and using 3060 for rendering and sometimes gaming, I'm settimg which videocard to use in Settings - System - Display - Graphics settings, but this menu is very inconvinient when it comes to adding new apps and games. I'm a junior C# programmer and I want to make an app for managing this list of apps (adding, removing, setting which card to use, launching). Where is this list located (registry, or some kind of ini file)?
