Windows 11 many applications cannot open because of the new update

Good morning,I'm sorry that this issue really bothered me, because it already happened twiceAfter doing an update, many applications cannot be opened, such as my autodesk, app (revit, autocad, etc), blender 3d, capcut, and many more. Here is the sample of the problem. Seems like all exe's files are erase from my program. Its such a pitty that it already happened before. SO I have to REINSTALL ALL SOFTWARE that missing.
