Matshita DVD Rom UJ870BJ drive is missing from my new HP Pavilion laptop - Windows 10 - computer. I have tried to download it from Microsoft, but apparently I don't know what to ask for. Any help would be appreciated. I have bought an external drive to play my dvd's but it does not find the drive when I plug it in.
