Windows 10 Max sample rate and bit depth only 16 bit, 48000 hz

I have a Logitech G Pro X and i are having problems with surround sound. Its nothing wrong with the headset because i tested it on another pc. My max sample and bit depth is 16 bit and 48 000 hz (dvd quality) Plz help me fix this problem
