Windows 11 May I know the email of Microsoft customer service? And if there is a local phone number in Hong Kong? (Windows Mail)

After recent update to windows 11, my Mail does not function normally. The inbox no longer synchronize emails although I know the emails are there (because if I search , I can find the new mails. But the inbox is empty. ) When I am online, using the mail, it seems to be getting new messages, but when I am not using mail, the inbox completely stopped getting emails. Other mailboxes such as "sent mail" are normal.
