Windows 10 McAfee fake pop up has my whole screen takin over on my laptop and I can not use it at all. So since I can't get into it how do I remove it

McAfee fake pop up has taken over my laptop screen. I can not use it at all. So since I can't get into cuz the pop up is full screen how am I suppose to it off
