Windows 11 Media Creation Tool dilemma.

Hello, I am trying to use Media Creation Tool to downgrade my laptop from Windows 11 to 10. But I have a big doubt. By using the Update Now option, it gives me an option to preserve my settings and apps. By preserving apps, will that also include the various .EXE files I have across my system (and its program files), or will those be lost?
