Windows 10 Memory Usage is constantly high

I have 64 GB of ddr5 ram running at 6000 MHz, and even without a lot of programs running, my ram is constantly saying its using around 90% of the ram, there's no way my system is actually using that much.System Event Log:eventlog_1033.MTA
