Windows 11 merge 2 windows account folders but just one User

I have two Windows folder with almost the same content and they are both in use i Think (Screenshot) But I only have one User account on my Windows machine. If I'm deleating on of the folders, it doesn't matter which one, most programs, files, or the desktop Background Images are broken and Windows is useless.Ca I merge these two folders into one? It can be, that is has to do with "one-drive", but I deacitvated it since last year.I use Win11 64 bittwo Screenshots
