Windows 10 Message says, "This file came from another computer and may be blocked to help protect this computer."

In Properties, on the General tab for a screenshot I just made on a computer, it says, "This file came from another computer and may be blocked to help protect this computer" but the screenshot was made on the same computer the massage occurred. Why is this?
