Windows 10 Mic is not working in 3.5mm jack, Realtek HD Audio Manager is missing

For so many troubleshooting I've done and across all platforms, for unknown reason, every time I uninstall or try to change the drivers, it keeps on re-installing the same thing. What I currently have here is "Realtek(R) Audio" but not Realtek HD Audio Manager. I have tried also "Let me pick from a list..." and there was an option for HD Audio Manager, but to no avail it didn't work as well.This happened just a week ago, I really needed the mic, as my headset was completely fine that time then the day it happened it suddenly just stopped working at all.
